Yes, tables and chairs are included in the price.
Where Should Guests Park?

There is ample free parking surrounding the Villages Pop Up. Valet service is always a welcomed addition to the space.
Can We Set Up Custom Decorations?

Yes, within limits We ask that you do not use nails, screws, confetti, silly string, glitter, etc. and that you remove the decor at the end of your event. All candles must be contained in glass or metal containers at least 6'' in height above the flame. No heat or flame is allowed in the bar top. You will need to have an insured professional for any installation that involves a ladder.
What are the Rules for Set Up and Clean Up?

The set up/clean up is included in your rental time. There is a $50 per hour charge after reservation end time. Space must be returned in the same condition as given.
What is Prohibited?

The Sale of Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco or any Controlled Substance is Not Allowed. The use of Glitter, Silly String, or Confetti is Not Allowed. If used, there is a $100 cleaning fee.
